Documenting your gardening adventures can deepen your connection with the earth, improve your planning, and celebrate your growth.About this Event
Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, documenting your gardening journey can deepen your connection to the soil, sharpen your planning, and celebrate your growth. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to create and maintain a personalized garden journal—from the first spark of inspiration to seed selection, planting, and harvest results.
Through guided activities and creative prompts, you'll explore:
- Planning with Purpose: Setting goals and designing your garden layout
- Seed Stories: Tracking varieties, sources, and germination success
- Seasonal Snapshots: Recording weather patterns, bloom times, and pest management
- Harvest Highlights: Measuring yields, flavor notes, and lessons learned
- Creative Expression: Using sketches, photos, and reflections to enrich your journal
Participants will leave with a starter journal, templates, and inspiration to continue documenting their gardening adventures throughout the seasons.
