Spring is the season of renewal—both in nature and within ourselves. Step into the season with Seed to Soul, a unique women’s event blending sauna, planting, and personal growth. Attendees will learn from UMN Master Gardener, Rachel Newman, about how to plant new seeds and can take home both an indoor and outdoor plant. Attendees will also engage in a guided discussion with opportunities to reflect on the new season, and partake in a one-hour sauna session with a guided portion. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to cultivate growth in both your life and the world around you.
