This intimate, hands-on class invites you to explore the full journey of coffee—from seed to cup—while deepening your appreciation for what’s in your daily brew.

You’ll learn how coffee travels from farms around the world to your cup, and how each step—from processing to roasting—impacts flavor. Guests will also participate in a guided coffee cupping experience using Middle Fork Roaster's beans, learning how to taste, identify flavor notes, and better understand what makes each coffee unique.
