Creative Movement Workshop
Exploring memories and moments shaped by London life with Noel Datta UK licensed Dance Movement Psychotherapist and accomplished classical Manipuri dancer. With musician Lennie Charles, storyteller Rez Kabir and film maker Tosin Adegoke.
This creative movement workshop is an offering to the city that held me through change, discovery, loss, connection and growth. Together, we'll explore what it means to live, move and exist in London - through movement, music, reflection, imagination and shared experience.
This workshop is about:
Connecting with ourselves and one another. Exploring memories and moments shaped by London life. Moving creatively without pressure or performance. Sharing stories through the body, rhythm, space and play. Connecting something together from our collective experiences. -- Noel Datta Movement Facilitator.
No dance experience is needed. There is no 'right' way to move. Just bring yourself, your curiosity and your willingness to participate. Whether London has been your home, your transition, your challenge or your becoming - then this space is for you!
The workshop is free and open to all. Come as you are. Move as you are.
