Bring your children or grandchildren to our FREE Father Christmas arrival event on December 7, 2025 at 9.30am.
Santa will be arriving with us once again via a secret method of transport to greet all the children waiting to welcome him before he takes up his residency in our onsite cosy cabin for the season ahead.
RESTING THE REINDEER
Rudolf and the other reindeer are resting to ensure they are ready to fly across the world on Christmas Eve delivering presents.
TOP SECRET
The vehicle he’ll arrive in will be kept a close guarded secret until the big day. Please join us to greet him. Everyone is welcome.
We’ll have Christmas carols and tunes playing outside so we can all have a sing-along while we wait for Santa to make his grand entrance.
Once he’s arrived, Father Christmas will spend some time chatting to the crowd and his jolly elves will hand out complimentary sweets.
GREETING BANNERS
We’re asking everyone who comes along to make a ‘welcome’ banner or poster at home before the event to wave to greet Santa on the day.
WATCH FOR FREE
Father Christmas’s arrival is free to watch.
We will be open as normal for the arrival event serving breakfasts and other refreshments for attendees to purchase as they wish, and our Shop will also be open for anyone who would to shop too.
COSY CABIN
After his arrival, Father Christmas will be in his cosy cabin grotto from 10am-4pm. He’ll also be hosting grottos on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14.
With the help of his trusty elves, he’ll wish everyone a merry Christmas and give each child a wrapped, age-appropriate gift to take home.
BOOK TICKETS
Grotto only tickets cost £15.50 per child and can be purchased here: www.rumwellfarmshop.com/father-christmas-cosy-cabin/. Booking is essential and must be made via our website. Please note, we can only allow a maximum of four children with an appropriate adult, or two.
