Overwatch Security Group offers the 28-hour Florida Statewide Firearms License (G) training. You will receive the lesson material required by Florida combined with real-world experience taught by retired federal law enforcement officers. Additionally you will be taught survival skills so that everyone goes home safety to their family at the end of the shift.The classroom instruction for the first three days is from 8:00am to 4:30pm at 2738 U.S. 1 South in St. Augustine. The range training and qualification will be on the last day at Saltwater Shooting Range at 8:00am.
The cost for the 28-hour course is $150. Course materials, range fees and targets are included in the cost.
Each participant will need to bring their firearms, ammunition, at least 2 magazines (4 is best), holster and ammo pouch.
Ammunition is available for $40 per box for 9mm, 38 Special, 40S&W and 45ACP.
