Secure 2.0 Act

The Secure 2.0 Act of 2022 contains various new rules governing employer-sponsored retirement plans and Individual Retirement Accounts. The intent of these provisions is to encourage employee participation in retirement plans. In my presentation, I will address some of these changes and how they can be implemented effectively.
