Meet your instructor

Gaurav Gaur is a senior consultant and trainer at the TLEX Institute—a leadership training organization. He manages clients in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, and the far East. Gaurav has over sixteen years’ experience in training clients across industries and organizational levels in resilience, mindfulness, team development, aligning people to strategy, and change management. Gaurav also teaches breathwork and meditation for the Art of Living Foundation, a global humanitarian organization founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Gaurav graduated with an engineering degree from IIT Mumbai and received an MBA in finance from Cornell University, USA. He is a certified coach in Leadership Circle and a certified DISC trainer.
