We invite you to join us for an exquisite series of workshops dedicated to uncovering the art of Japanese cooking. Join us for a hands-on Ehomaki (恵方巻) workshop and learn to make this delicious Japanese "lucky direction roll." Traditionally enjoyed during Setsubun in February, Ehomaki is a thick, uncut sushi roll eaten while facing the year’s lucky direction, which is believed to bring health and happiness.
Under expert guidance, you'll craft your own custom roll, perfecting techniques that make this experience fun and meaningful. Embrace Japanese culture and take home some delicious good fortune!

Ken Sekijima (関島 健)
Regional Sales Manager – Shirako Co., Ltd. (Shirako Nori / 白子のり) Ken Sekijima is the Regional Sales Manager for Shirako Co., Ltd., one of Japan's largest and most respected nori (seaweed) companies. Established in 1869 by Monzo Shirako, the company has grown from its roots to become a leader in premium nori production. With headquarters in Tokyo, Shirako Co., Ltd. is renowned for its commitment to quality and tradition in Japanese cuisine.
