Using fresh and natural ingredients, we’ll teach you the techniques to reinvent cocktail recipes to be alcohol free and good for your health. These make high impact, tasty drinks that will please as much as their high-octane cousins. Ever thought about rice wine vinegar in a mocktail? Sage leave for a sour note? Learn many more fun techniques!

When we create a recipe, we don’t start with a cocktail recipe. We start with the flavor profile and reinvent the drink to create sharp flavors, mouth feel, and aromas using real ingredients that you can grow or buy at the grocery store.

You’ll make at least three different drinks from natural, organic and healthy ingredients! You’ll learn proper use of barware such as shakers, muddlers, strainers, zesters and more.

Recipes use store bought ingredients so you can go home and make them tonight.
