Off the Mall Tours is partnering with local author JoAnn Hill, to bring you a special tour series based on her book "Secrets of Washington, DC - A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful and Obscure."The first tour, Secrets of the President's Neighborhood, takes you through Lafayette Square, formerly "President's Park" and the surrounding area. Learn about the site of a scandalous M**der, a spy-infested hotel, call-boxes that take you back in time, and more!
