Cape Town - It is time to celebrate, Secret Sunrise style.
Summer is back, and we are bringing joy, music and movement back to the beaches and mountain tops of Cape Town.
The SEASON OPENER - Equinox.
An experience to bring people together through music, movement and connection to remind ourselves that every day is a celebration.
The day and night are perfectly in sync, and this session we aim to bring balance into summer.
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

WHEN: Wednesday the 23rd September (24th is a Public Holiday)
WHERE: Long Beach Kommetjie
TIME: 18:00pm - 19:00pm (Please arrive at 17:45 to receive your headsets)
THEME: Equinox
DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged - Brighter the better
BRING: Water and your dancing shoes
