Women’s Strength & Physio Workshop
What if strength didn't start with pushing harder - but with understanding your core?
A unique women’s workshop created by FemiCora Physio × Lekko Athletics to understand how to move better, feel stronger and understand how the pelvic floor supports training, posture, stability, and everyday life.
Practical workshop combining pelvic floor physiotherapy and WOMEN movement coach training; this seminar includes clear education, guided movement, breathwork, and body awareness. You can use all the knowledge immediately in your training routine.
Designed for women who want to better understand their body, core and pelvic floor while learning how to move, breathe and train with more confidence and less tension.
Together, we’ll explore how breathing, posture, pressure management and movement work together to support pelvic health, stability and overall wellbeing.
You’ll discover exercises combined with strength-based breath, core and pelvic floor.
The goal is to help women feel stronger, more connected and more confident in their body and movement.
This workshop combines education, guided movement and individual coaching in an intimate small-group setting.
