A donation based, all levels, all genders, community pole class, ages 18+. The benefits of pole fitness are for everyone and sometimes financial constraints limit accessibility. Pay what you can, pay nothing, or pay our drop in fee, $25. First come, first served. We have 20 poles available. Proceeds benefit MOCSA.
Please open a Mindbody profile, arrive ten minutes early to allow time to park, get in the door, check in and sign the waiver. No late entry. We close doors at 5:15pm.
Wear workout clothes, socks or barefeet. Dress code is full coverage bikini bottoms, booty shorts, shorts, yoga pants, sticky pants, and sports bra, tshirt, or tank top. Can't wait! 👯‍♀️
