Join us on November 7 at Drop Shots HTX for the launch of LAMANI Design's Second Nature collection, an evening built around one belief: wellness should be second nature.
The night starts with Stick With It. Coach Rogel leads a high-intensity step aerobics class set to the hip hop and rap you grew up on, from 90s classics to today's hits. The usual wooden sticks are swapped for light-up ones, so the whole room moves together and lights up with you.
Then the night opens up to Open Court Play where guests can stay in motion on the courts.
Who it's for: Women in fitness: enthusiasts, coaches, and creators who live this and want to be in a room that matches their energy. Come to sweat, play, learn something about your body, and meet people who take it as seriously as you do.
What to bring: Sneakers, water, and your energy.
