An inclusive community picnic for artists, weirdos, and visionaries (or even those who just like to dress up sometimes 😘) . Come celebrate the adventurous spirit of individuals who embrace alternative subcultures and fashions, highlighting their penchant for self-expression, creativity, and embrace of a distinct and eclectic style. Whether you mingle with other misfits, show everyone the best version of your personal style, decorate your blanket/tent to the nines, or just come to people watch, get ready for a memorable and whimsical experience where guests can expect to encounter a variety of fascinating personalities and enjoy the atmosphere of the unconventional. Celebrate YOUR individuality against the backdrop of nature and good vibes. Enjoy the company of like-minded individuals at a celebration of peculiarity and take pride in the joy of being delightfully different.
This event is FREE! There will potentially be some vendors selling handmade goods, but any purchase made is entirely optional!
There will be a limited quantity of community food and drinks available. Feel free to contribute to the community food table or bring just enough for your blanket/table. The community table is for everyone whether they contribute or not.
Bring your kids (whatever the species) we love little weirdos too!
Volunteer Park does not allow consumption of alcohol, so we will not be supplying it, drink at your own risk :o
