On Friday, May 30th, Seattle Cascades takes on Salt Lake Shred at 7:00pm.Cascades plays in the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) during May-July with playoffs in late-July to early-August; and Championship weekend from August 22-23, 2025.

• Memorial Stadium gates open at 6:00 pm. Come early, get food & drinks, and enjoy the pre-game atmosphere!
• FREE pre-game youth clinic - learn fro the pros! 4:30-6:00pm, ES-MS-HS students welcome. INFO & REGISTER.
• Food trucks! We'll have a couple food options on the main concourse, and there are other restaurants in Seattle Center, a short walk from the stadium.
