You’re invited to celebrate the launch of Free the People to Free the Money to Free the People: An Organize the Rich Anthology!
About this Event

Please join us for a conversation with co-editors Mike Gast and Alex T. Tom, joined by Sharon Chen and Mijo Lee. You’ll hear personal stories and inspiring examples of organizing the rich and cross-class solidarity made real.

📖 This anthology chronicles 50+ years of efforts to organize wealthy people toward justice, weaving together stories, interviews, and analysis from a powerful multiracial, cross-class community of leaders.

🎈This gathering is co-hosted with love and solidarity by Organize the Rich, Solidaire Network, SVP Seattle, Progress Alliance of Washington, Donors of Color Network, and many more friends building powerful cross-class movements. Our event is about celebration, connection, and recommitment - to each other, and to the collective reimagining of wealth and power.

👉🏼 RSVP required. Buy your book here or at the event, and get it signed by the co-editors.

😷 Note: Masking is optional for our event. If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms, or have recently tested positive for COVID or other contagious illnesses, please stay home to help keep our community safe.

🚪Doors will open at 4:30 for light refreshments and mingling; program begins at 5.

💙With gratitude to our co-sponsors and community partners who make this work possible!
