Every Wednesday from 10am-10:45am, come join your neighbours for FREE gentle chair yoga for seniors. This is a great opportunity to improve your strength and balance and keep active while amongst friends. It will be first come, first served until the class is full as per discretion of the instructor.- Chairs will be provided
- No prior yoga experience needed
- This program is brought to you by the Garneau Community League and open to all. No registration required. Just show up!
