Come and join us for an Autumn Workshop at Eelbrook Common Tiny Forest in Hammersmith and FulhamJoin us for the third event in a series of free workshops exploring how nature and community connection can help us understand and deal with experiences of loss, trauma and mental health difficulties.

In the Autumn workshop we will be celebrating and exploring the idea of 'change', both the changing seasons and change within ourselves.

10:00 - 12:00 mindful art activities and seed harvesting
12:00 - 13:00 calming yoga with Shamita Ray (please bring a mat or blanket)
