Seasons of Change: A Perimenopause Workshop Series

The program is being offered by occupational therapy doctoral candidate Jennifer Alford and is rooted in evidence-based practice.

Seasons of Change is a supportive perimenopause wellness series designed to provide women with clear education, meaningful empowerment, and practical everyday strategies for navigating midlife transitions.

Through a blend of learning, community connection, and holistic, individualized approaches, participants will gain a deeper understanding of:

• hormonal shifts that characterize this transitional stage,
• emotional and physical changes associated with these changes,
• and the routines that sustain well-being, now, and into the future.

Each session offers accessible tools grounded in occupational therapy, helping women build confidence, strengthen daily habits, and feel more empowered in this season of change.

Sessions will be held Feb. 15th, March 1st, 15th, 29th, April 12th and 19th.
