Seasons for Growth is a four week small group program on Understanding Change, Loss and Grief.Seasons for Growth strengthens wellbeing of participants who are dealing with significant life changes by:
• Exploring the impact of the change and loss on everyday life
• Learning new ways to respond to these changes
The small group program will run for 4 sessions of 2 hours.
Dates: 29 July, 5 Aug, 12 Aug, 19 Aug
Time: 12.15 pm – 2.30 pm (N.B. a snack is provided, but not lunch)
Place: Gordon Community Centre, 110 Lewis Luxton Ave (opposite IGA)
Cost: $100, includes personal journal ($70 concession price)
