Seasons for Growth Adult Retreat Weekend

Grief touches every life, yet each person's journey through loss is unique, and Christmas can be a time when we feel loss most acutely. Whether you have experienced a bereavement, the end of a relationship, or a significant shift in your life, this gentle weekend retreat offers a sacred space to pause, reflect, and find companionship on the path of healing.
Drawing on the Exploring Seasons of Grief programme, participants will explore grief as a natural and evolving process, much like the changing seasons of the year.
Through reflection, guided conversation, quiet time, and the peaceful surroundings of the Home of Compassion, we will consider the many ways grief can affect our hearts, relationships, faith, and sense of identity. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, this retreat invites you to acknowledge your experience with compassion, deepen your understanding of living with loss, and discover sources of hope and renewal.
