We are holding four Saturday sessions through the year to pause, restore, and reconnect with the seasons.
Morning (11:00-13:00) and afternoon (14:00-16:00) sessions are available, each standing alone. Join one, a few, or all four dates — and choose a time that suits you.
🥗 We’ll also be offering a communal lunch, provided by us, between the morning and afternoon sessions — a chance to share food and connection.
These sessions offer:
– Slowing down and being outdoors in a supported space
– Support for your mental & physical wellbeing
– Time around the fire in the beautiful woodland
– Nature-based practices to bring into everyday life
Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more in tune with the turning year.
