Seasonal Surplus Supper Club - FareShare Sussex & Surrey

Enjoy a beautifully curated three course meal created by local chefs that has them transforming seasonal surplus ingredients from our Brighton warehouse into something deliciously special.

Join us for a lovely evening at the splendid Lost in the Lanes in central Brighton for our fourth Seasonal Surplus Supper Club. For this fundraiser three wonderful Brighton chefs will showcase how they have adapted their approach to cooking by using some of the surplus food from our warehouse and share their tips and techniques to take action in your kitchen, all while supporting .

Our three course menu will showcase what can be done with seasonal food that is tainted with the image of being ‘waste’. Using rescued ingredients that would otherwise become waste, there is a promise of conscious cooking and an exuberant community-led dining experience. We invite you to bring plenty of friends, and above all an appetite!

All proceeds from the event will directly support FareShare Sussex & Surrey, and help us to redistribute surplus food to the increasing number of people in need across our communities.

We will hold a fundraising raffle throughout the dinner with some great prizes to be won. As they say...you have to be in it to win it!
