Join Certified Public Health Education Specialist, David Gutierrez from the Weld County Department of Pubic Health in this hands-on class that teaches foundational food skills, like sautéing aromatics, layering flavors, and balancing textures, while guiding you through a blueprint that includes vegetables, proteins, whole grains or legumes, and nourishing broths. You’ll leave confident in your ability to create healthy soups from what’s fresh and available. Children ages 6 -12 are welcome with their caregivers. Please register each member who will be attending.
