Join us for an embodied journey into the seasonal rhythms of the womb and learn how these inner cycles shape your energy, emotions, creativity, and capacity. Through somatic work, cyclical care, and seasonal pathways of support, you’ll begin to understand the deeper language of your womb and how to honor our ever evolving needs throughout the month, and seasons of our lives.
You will learn simple, grounding somatic practices for each season; gentle techniques, such as breath awareness and body-based tools that help regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to your womb’s innate wisdom. We’ll also introduce seasonal womb care through supportive foods, warm beverages, herbal allies, and lifestyle rhythms that honor the body’s natural cycle.
Together we’ll explore the core themes of each season:
Spring: awakening, clarity, new beginnings
Summer: creativity, connection, radiance
Autumn: discernment, boundaries, emotional truth
Winter: release, rest, deep replenishment
