Seasonal Sips: Sake to Me | A Craft Cocktail Class

Start the year off with a taste of something new at Sake to Me, a Seasonal Sips class exploring the flavor, versatility, and craft of sake-based cocktails.
For the first time in the series, sake takes center stage as we explore how this traditional Japanese drink can bring a fresh perspective to the cocktail glass.
Begin with a welcome pour of hot sake before diving into two sake-based cocktail recipes. Whether you’re new to sake or a long-time fan, you’ll pick up plenty of fundamentals along the way, from how to differentiate between sake types to techniques for pairing and balancing flavors with sake’s delicate profile. You’ll also enjoy a selection of Japanese-inspired small bites throughout the evening.
Come curious, raise a glass, and discover a new favorite way to enjoy the sacred spirit of Japan.
Tickets are $70, and space is limited to 45 guests.
