Across cultures, women have gathered to tend fires, prepare herbs, and mark seasonal thresholds together.

Smoke & Stillness is a quiet, grounded salon honouring that lineage — an intentional pause to reflect, recalibrate, and arrive more fully in the present season.

Together, we will work with sacred smoke and native botanicals, crafting our own smudge bundles by hand. We will explore smoke not as performance, but as a sensory ritual — a way to mark endings, welcome beginnings, and create moments of gentle care.

The afternoon includes:
• A guided, unhurried herbal infusion
• Reflective conversation and quiet journaling
• Spacious stillness
• A simple closing ritual

No fixing.
No urgency.
Nothing to prove.
