Seasonal Restoration - Yin Yoga & Reiki Workshop

As the seasons shift take time to pause reset and realign with a practice designed to support renewal from the inside out. This gentle Yin Yoga and Reiki session will guide you into deep relaxation while inviting fresh energy into the body and mind.

We will move through long-held yin postures creating space for release and restoration. As you rest I will offer Reiki healing through guided meditation and hands-on energy work helping to clear stagnation and welcome new energy.

This practice is open to all no prior yoga or Reiki experience is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to soften receive and embrace the energy of renewal.
