From hormonal cycles, to life cycles, the earth cycles - we are affected by them in different ways. It’s something women are aware of as their hormonal cycles change, periods stop and the ebb and (literal) flow of life alters.
If you are looking to embrace a different flow of life, to understand why sometimes you want to hibernate and snuggle under a duvet, and other days you are bouncing like Tigger and have the energy to tackle anything - come to the Seasonal Reset Workshops. Or maybe you simply want to pause and enjoy the moment in the current cycle.
As the seasons change, so do we.
Our energy , emotion and needs rise and fall; sometimes we notice, sometimes we don’t. I am offering you a calm, nurturing space to pause, reflect and realign with each season.
Before the change of each season join me for guided meditation, a seasonal reflection, journaling , sensory rituals and connection with likeminded people. I’ll be guiding you through the highs and lows, touch on the moon cycle closest to the shift and explore how you can bring in more balance and wellbeing with awareness.
This is not a fix, no experience needed, or expectations in you. It is a pause, a chance to release and create space for renewed energy and clearer intentions.
