This experience blends gentle acupuncture with a restorative sound bath to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and whole-body healing. As you settle into stillness, acupuncture points will be used to help regulate the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing response while crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments create a deeply calming meditative environment.
