Join Chef Noel Corwin for this month's Seasonal Produce Session featuring cucumber. Learn a refreshing way to prepare cucumber as Chef will demonstrate his recipe for Chilled Cucumber & Yogurt Gazpacho with Herbs. Fotifying as a healthy boost or served as summer-soup course for guests, this recipe is easily adaptable and always tasty. The demonstration session will include engaging lecture and sampling of the recipe. *Samples served contain dairy.Thanks to funding from the Kalamazoo Foundation for Excellence, a full scholarship is available to residents of the following Kalamazoo neighborhoods: Vine, Edison, Oakwood, Eastside and Northside.
