Just as nature begins to surrender its leaves, we too are called inward. Honor the fall equinox—a time of perfect balance between day and night—with a journey of deep rest and reflection. You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, fully supported by props to encourage the complete release of tension. As you rest, you will be immersed in a sound bath of crystal singing bowls, allowing their resonant vibrations to wash over you, cleanse your energy, and restore your sense of inner balance.
In this class:
• relax the body gentle and supported yoga poses
• notice stress ease and subside
• achieve states of deep relaxation and healing on a vibrational level during sound healing immersion
• visually relaxing and meditative aurora projection
