Season of Creativity -awaken your inner artist.

If you've ever wanted to tap into your creativity, there's no better place to get inspired than at the fabulous Fleurieu Arthouse in Mclaren Vale. You'll be motivated in our weekly course over six sessions to create beautiful art, exploring different mediums.

Designed for beginners you’ll be taken on a journey of discovery with Kerry from Creative Beginnings, you'll love the step by step easy to follow instructions, where you see a demonstration and receive guidance and encouragement to find your individual style, plus find your favourite medium while growing your skills and confidence along the way.

Join us on Thursday evenings for 6 weeks of creative fun, you'll be greeted at the door with Hardy's wine, soft drink or Barista Coffee.

Week 1 - Let the fun begin with our vibrant Alcohol inks that are guaranteed to uncover your hidden artist as we play with abstract designs and add a shimmer to the mix.

Week 2 - Increase your intuition and relax with Mandala drawings, be amazed at how easy it is to create repeated patterns that come together in a beautiful design, this will become your focus for meditation at home.

Week 3 - The start of our painting journey using wonderful Watercolours you’ll learn to create seascapes that will have you wanting to dip your toes in, building colour and adding texture to your pieces.

Week 4 – With the cool weather outside lets warm up with a beachy sunset scene, you’ll feel like a real artist painting on easels using the popular acrylic paints.

Week 5 – Oil paints being my personal favourite you’ll be ready to dive into the Carrickalinga seascape I've named 'Hope' you'll hear why at our session :-) using your skills you’ve learned throughout you’ll be ready to create a piece to be proud of, using a larger canvas this one will be over 2 sessions

Week 6 - Oils continued to add the finishing touches and texture to beautify your master piece!

All materials & equipment to make your own original art each week.

A sparkly Creative Beginnings Apron

x2 glasses of Hardy's wine, soft drink or Barista Coffee.
