Devoted to finding herself, Rosa Esthela Mora traveled and studied abroad in her twenties. Determined to live the life of her
dreams, she spent her thirties discovering and mastering the art of being a wife and a mother. Now, in her forties, it is her time to
contribute to the world, and she is doing an amazing job of sharing the art of being a woman from the perspective of someone who has found happiness and peace in the
simplicity of being herself.
An innovative educator for over two
decades with more than fifteen years of graduate studies in family and marriage counseling and psychotherapy. Rosa Esthela
Mora shares her knowledge and the wisdom gained from her multicultural experiences throughout the chapters of her exciting and relatable novels, which have the power to put a smile on your face and instill hope in your heart.
The Featured Artist will be announced soon.
Our featured nonprofit is TABE, the Texas Association for Bilingual Education.
Salon del RGV is brought to you by the Seven To Eight Poetry Project, a program of the McAllen Poet Laureate, Daniel García Ordaz.
“Salon” sa•lon noun 1. an artful conversation held monthly where artists, writers, and arts professionals, and arts and philosophy-minded individuals come together to bond, network and get out of their heads for a little while. It is a conversation; a support group; sometimes a counseling session; always a networking extravaganza; an experimental lab for new ideas; a place to learn and grow by leaps and bounds as an artist and a professional.
