Emerald Coast Theatre Company will be hosting open auditions for the 2024-2025 season. Show titles, descriptions, and casting information can be found at www.emeraldcoasttheatre.org/auditions/work-with-us . Auditions for non-equity actors 18 years old and up will be held June 17th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Emerald Coast Theatre Company, 560 Grand BLVD, Suite 200. Doors will open at 5:30pm, individual auditions will be held from 6:00pm-7:30pm and a dance call will happen when solo auditions are complete.Performers should bring a recent headshot, updated resume, audition form (copies provided at the audition), a one minute comic monologue and a 16 bar selection of a musical theatre song. If auditioning for Baskerville or All is Calm please either do your monologue in RP or be prepared to demonstrate your ability to speak in a British Upper Class, British Working Class, Scottish, Standard British, Irish, Italian, German, or French accent. The dance audition will be a short combo taught at the audition.
A song or the dance call is not required if just auditioning for the non musicals.
ECTC would like to invite and encourage actors of all races, ethnicities, identity, and abilities to submit an audition.
In person auditions are preferred. If you cannot attend, video submissions will be accepted for these shows through June 17th. Please go to emeraldcoasttheatre.org/auditions to complete the audition form and email the form to [email protected] along with videos, headshot, resume and any other materials.
