✧ WHAT TO EXPECT:
Using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, hand drum, shruti box, voice, chimes, harp, singing, Gong and more, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset.
Designed for all levels of experience, this journey offers a dedicated space to quiet the mind and release held tension. Simply lie back and let the soft, layered frequencies guide you into a state of deep rest and alignment.
Please arrive no later than 5:00pm, Ceremony will begin at 5:05pm

✧ WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a yoga mat or cushion, pillow, blanket & anything else you may need to be comfortable. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing & socks. As the body relaxes, most people tend to become slightly chilled.

This event is located INSIDE The Shores Resort & Spa in the rooftop atlantic room.
✧ PARKING:
Valet Parking available at the resort or Park at Frank Rendon Park next door (this parking lot is now a PAID lot unless you have registerted your vehicle for Volusia's new Parking Permit system.)

Meet your Host, Morgan McManus RYT200, Certified Sound Therapist
Morgan has been sharing Yoga Classes and Sound Healing ceremonies with the community since 2021, after receiving her Sound Healing Therapy Certification in Stuart, FL. Through her passion for preforming music as a local musician and her yoga teaching career, this medium allows her to combine her offerings in a unique and transformative way. Morgan’s focus is to share the benefits of using sound healing as a vessel for mindfulness and to support others on their journey of cultivating peace.
