Seaside Beach Yoga

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP:

? Beach yoga encourages grounding into your body, helps you find calmness in your mind, and connects you with your soul in beautiful nature. All levels welcome!

? Join us with your practice every Thursday on Mission Beach @ 9 am for one hour. Class cost is $20 per person which can be made on the ticket link in this event.

? If this is your first time, your ticket admission includes a plus one so bring a friend or family member along!

? Please email me [email protected] if you have any questions. I will be sending you a waiver in your email that will need to be filled out before class. Ticket sales end 12 hours before event starts so if you have not signed up prior, you will have to try for another day.

? Make sure to bring water, an outdoor yoga mat or large beach towel, and park in the parking lot that is the address in this event. Be sure to check the weather beforehand to dress accordingly. Set up your mat wherever you would like for your best ultimate zen experience! If you need an outdoor yoga mat or large beach towel, email me ahead of time so that I can bring you one if I have extra.

✨When you arrive at the parking lot, go towards the beach close to the ocean front walkway, look out to the beautiful ocean, and meet at lifeguard tower 13 at least 10 minutes before 9 AM.
