Searching the Soul: A Healing Retreat for People of African Descent

This sacred gathering has been designed for persons of African descent to pause and search the soul through heart-centered and liberatory practices. Together, we will release what no longer serves us and embrace the path towards transformational healing. In honor of Suicide Prevention Month, this retreat offers a space for reflection, renewal and reclamation of our inherent worthiness.

In addition to the soulful holistic practices, we will also nourish our physical bodies through a delicious soul food meal.

To support your experience, please dress comfortably and bring the following items:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Journal/pen
• Item for ancestor altar (You are welcome to bring a picture or item that represents a beloved ancestor. The connection to this ancestor is not limited to biological one, but to anyone with whom you share a spiritual connection)
