Think beyond “What’s your favorite color?”—we’re talking stories, weird facts, and hilarious hypotheticals that get you genuinely talking.
While mingling, enjoy Strangeways’ beer and other drinks on tap, soak in the relaxed vibe, and maybe even find someone who shares your sense of humor—or your love of the delightfully strange.

Price to join this event is $10 for premium members and $13 for all others. Spots must be claimed in advance, and you must have a ticket from the Trying to Adult RVA website to secure your place. RSVPing on any other platform does not guarantee your spot.
This is a hetero-focused singles event. To ensure a balanced number of participants , we will have designated tickets for men and women. Please select the correct ticket when signing up!
Parking is pretty limited in this area and mostly street parking. Please allow time to find a spot. Make sure you go to the SCOTTS ADDITION location as there are multiple locations for Strangeways.
