About this Event
Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for it’s eleventh season. Join us on Seaport Common and weekends on Harbor Way for a variety of classes with Boston’s favorite instructors. We’re proud to partner with & on this season of Seaport Sweat. For more information visit
Class Description
An accessible and upbeat yoga practice that features flowing and dynamic movement linked to breath.
About the Instructor
Owen (he/him) believes in taking yoga seriously, but not too seriously. His classes are fun and upbeat, mixing physical challenge with equal doses of levity and lightness. In his teaching, Owen strives to strike a balance between technical instruction and minimalist cuing that allows students to dive inward during their practice.
A practitioner of yoga for 15+ years, Owen completed his 200-hr teacher training under Laura Ahrens at the New School of Yogic Arts and his 300-hr training under Caitlyn Visconte, Tim Kelleher and Emily Jonas Tevald at Boston Yoga Union. He is also a Registered Dietitian and holds a Masters in Nutrition, working for years within the Harvard Medical School network. Owen is also an Athlete for Hydrow, a rowing-based connected fitness company, and has filmed yoga clases all over the world. Follow @owenhennyoga on Instagram.
