Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for it’s eleventh season. Join us on Seaport Common and weekends on Harbor Way for a variety of classes with Boston’s favorite instructors. We’re proud to partner with & on this season of Seaport Sweat. For more information visit
Class Description
Solid Strength is a total body strength workout built for every fitness level. Using bodyweight only, each session is fully scalable — whether you're just getting started or ready to push harder, you'll find your challenge here. Expect high energy, great music, and a workout that builds real strength, endurance, and confidence from the inside out.
About the Instructor
Carolina (she/her) is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor with four years of teaching experience and a passion for making movement accessible to every body. Her classes are high-energy, music-driven, and built around one core belief: fitness is for everyone.
Carolina's approach to fitness is rooted in her own journey — after navigating mental health challenges and body dysmorphia, she discovered the transformative power of feeling strong rather than chasing a certain look. That shift changed everything, and it's the heart of how she coaches.
