Class Description
Move, vibe, and glow under the evening sky with Recharge & Sculpt Pilates with Reese. This outdoor Pilates mat session blends core-strengthening, mindful movement, and sculpting flows—all set to a fire playlist that keeps you motivated. Expect beats that push you through the burn and chill vibes to help you reset.
Breathe deep, move with intention, and leave feeling stronger, centered, and recharged.

About the Instructor
Charisse “Reese” Pressey (she/her) is your Pilates friend—here to help you find balance, strength, and a little bit of joy along the way. Since falling in love with Pilates in 2018, Reese has embraced its magic of connecting the body and mind, discovering a practice that goes far beyond the physical. After earning her mat certification through Jungle Johanna and now working toward her full comprehensive certification via Balanced Body, with each class her goal is to empower you to step into your strength.
Teaching both mat and reformer sessions with Boston Body Pilates, Reese creates a warm, inviting space where you can reconnect with yourself, tap into your inner confidence, and maybe even make a new friend. When she’s not on the mat, Reese is busy chasing her toddler, spending time with family, claiming 10k steps for the day or watching Netflix’s latest rom coms.
Come join Reese on the mat for a Pilates flow that feels good on the body, mind and spirit — fostering a more energized, graceful and confident version of yourself.

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
