Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its sixth season. Join us in-person on Seaport Common or at @seaportbos on IG Live as we bring you even more variety with new classes and new instructors. For more information visit bostonseaport.xyz.


Class Description

Equinox Saturday Sweats feature a unique combination of conditioning and restorative programming. Each class includes a 45 minute conditioning portion and a 20 minute yoga practice.


May 8th: Barre Fit Cardio + Yoga

With Ali Baldassare, Alicia Tremblay, Stephanie Harshman. and Sarah SturgesMove through a high-energy, non-stop barre workout to elevate heart rate and sculpt your muscles. The class will conclude with blissful yoga flow to find your zen.

June 12th: Powered By Pride

Paula Fonseca, Joseph Raccuglia, Chad Flahive and Jim Scholl

Join Equinox to celebrate Pride Month in honor of all those that have fought hard for change (and get your pre-Pride pump!) Together we will let the music be our guide for an intense, high energy, sweaty conditioning workout!


July 10th: Metcon3 +Yoga

Shai Douty, Karen Link, Mike Flynn and Eva Christopherson

An Equinox exclusive, this high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout taxes all three energy systems, build muscle and power and endurance. Get your sweat on and then find your zen as we conclude with condensed yoga flow.


August 14th: Tabata + Yoga

Katie Sapienza, Shandell Raposa Erica Quirk. and Jim Scholl

This high intensity interval workout protocol will increase athletic performance and post-workout metabolism. Beware- your rest is always shorter than your work! Class will conclude with condensed yoga flow to restore and find your zen. You’ll need it


September 18th: Yoga Sculpt + Yoga

Cordy Elkins, Justin Quinn, Caitlin Rams and Emily Burdett

A challenging class of high-intensity interval training and cardiovascular exercise combining bodyweight toning exercises with traditional yoga poses. Sculpt then stretch and sooth as we finish with a vinyasa flow.


October 2nd: Equinox Strong +Yoga

Jenn Wenger, Laura Savage, Jackson Williams and Pat Donaher

Hit the body with a healthy dose of interval training incorporating traditional movement patterns for an intense, challenging workout. The class will conclude with condensed yoga flow to restore and find your zen.


Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.


Please note, weekend classes will not be streamed LIVE through Instagram. These classes will be in-person only.

We are taking many extra safety precautions around in-person classes. Please be committed to following attendee guidelines when joining us in-person and ensure our Seaport Common classes are comfortable and welcoming to all.

Seaport Sweat In-Person Attendee Safety Protocol:

1. Facial coverings are required for all class participants. Instructors and DJs will also be using face coverings during class.

2. Advance RSVPs are required to attend in-person classes. You can RSVP easily on our Eventbrite page. To ensure we keep class sizes compliant with City requirements, we will not be able to accommodate walk-up class participants in this Phase of operations.

3. Attendees will need to check in with their class instructor and DJ upon arrival. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure sufficient time for check in. Please look for the check in signs which will be in placed on Seaport Common, and the ground markers leading to these check in signs, which will enable safe spacing during the process. If you are arriving for our second class of the evening (a 6:30pm class), please wait at a safe distance from the current class and allow the 5:30 pm class room to exit before lining up for check-in.

4. After checking in, please make your way to any available spot marked with the Seaport Sweat logo. Spots are placed a diameter of 9 feet to ensure sufficient physical distancing throughout each class. Please remain in your space during class. When class is over, please maintain 6 feet of distance from other class-participants as you leave Seaport Common.

5. Seaport Sweat classes will continue to be equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class. Instructors will refrain from any partner exercises or hands-on form corrections. Air-fives only please!

6. If you are unable to make class, or feel unwell, please do not worry. Simply cancel your reservation on Eventbrite to make room for someone on the waitlist.
