Instructor: Michael James
Class Overview: This all levels interval-based full-body workout is meant to help you identify your limitations and defy them. Class will begin with a grounding warm-up, followed by a strength circuit that flows into a cardiovascular push, and culminate with a yoga flow cooldown. The focus of this class is self-love.
Sunday September 22nd - Unlock The Power of Breathwork
Instructor: Rachellee Lee
Class Overview: Discover the benefits of guided breathwork. This restorative class will lead you through a series of breath work exercises to reset your nervous system, let go of stress, and help you master the skill of relaxation.
Sunday September 29th - Mindful Movement & Sound Journey
Instructor: Movement With Jill
Class Overview: Move, Balance, Align, & Cleanse your body during this immersive experience that will leave you feeling better than ever. This invigorating class will lead you through a 30-minute full body flow to connect the body and mind, followed by a restorative sound journey that encourages deep relaxation as you receive energetic and vibrational comfort.
