Bee from the Off the Hook Seafood is back and she is excited to spend the evening with you creating an amazing meal! In this seafood-centric class you will be preparing a crab cake appetizer with dipping sauce. For the main course, baked white fish fillet with an aromatic sundried tomato and white wine sauce served alongside herb roasted potatoes. And as always, since it's date night, this class includes dessert - raspberry cheesecake!
