SEA Regional Meeting: Midwest

We’ll explore practical ways to support subgrantees in syncing with school-day staff and academic priorities, and dig into how SEA levers like RFAs, professional development, monitoring, and evaluation can boost that alignment.

You’ll also learn to apply backward planning to link student outcomes to program design and SEA supports, plus discover effective approaches for helping non-teaching staff deliver academically aligned programs. Expect plenty of time for shared problem-solving and peer learning to surface best practices and tackle common challenges together.
