Sea Glass Christmas Tree WorkshopTransform the beauty of the coast into a sparkling holiday keepsake! In this hands-on workshop, you'll design and assemble your very own unique Christmas tree sculpture using genuine sea glass.
What you'll learn:
● The Art of Sea Glass Selection: Discover how to choose individual pieces of sea glass based on their shape, size, color, and texture to create a harmonious and balanced sculpture.
● Design & Composition: Learn the principles of sculptural design, focusing on how to stack the sea glass to create a stable Christmas tree shape with visual interest and a sense of movement. We'll explore techniques for achieving balance and symmetry.
● Color & Form: Experiment with a coastal palette of sea glass and learn how to use them to create a festive and unique design. You'll gain an understanding of how to build a tree with a pleasing, natural form.
● Assembly Techniques: Christin will guide you step-by-step through the process of securely assembling your sea glass pieces to create a durable, free standing sculpture that will last for years to come.
