SEA Change presents the 2024 Central Ohio Pitch Event

The SEA Change Pitch Event is the finale of the 14-module Signature Cohort program, which helps a select group of social entrepreneurs move their ideas forward faster, further. During the event, you will be able to network with graduating cohort participants and selected finalists will present their sustainable financial model & measurable social impact to a crowd of supporters.

Join us on September 13th from 5pm - 7:30pm at the Main Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Experience a night filled with inspiration, innovation, and networking as we celebrate and champion social entrepreneurship!

5pm - 6:00pm | Showcase + Crowd Favorite Vote

• Explore diverse and innovative projects from the 2023 Central Ohio Cohort as each social enterprise hosts a dedicated table.
• E njoy provided refreshments from local social enterprises!
• Don't forget to cast your vote for the Crowd Favorite before 6pm!

6pm - 6:50pm | Live Pitches

• Gear up for the highlight of the evening! Watch as our Pitch Finalists showcase their change-making initiatives.
• Engage in the electric atmosphere as fellow social entrepreneurs root for their peers.

6:50pm - 7:10pm | Deliberation & Interaction

• Our esteemed Pitch Panelists will retire for deliberation.
• Use this time to engage with All Social Entrepreneurs present, perhaps delve deeper into any project that caught your eye, or simply enjoy a short break.

7:10pm - 7:30pm | Awards Ceremony

• The moment we've all been waiting for!
• All Social Entrepreneurs will eagerly await to see if they've secured the coveted Crowd Favorite and In-Kind Awards.
• For the Pitch Finalists, a chance at winning substantial cash prizes beckons.

• T he main event will be in the Auditorium, and the Showcase
• P lease enter the Main Branch using the left most doors at the front face of the building, there will be a SEA Change sign to help you find your way!
• If you enter the building another way, please find the registration table near the Auditorium to check-in.

P arking Options

• See a visual parking map here!
• We recommend the garage attached to the Library, shown on the map as $0.50 for 2 hours.
• There is also free street parking on Franklin Ave., a beautiful and short walk through Topiary Park.
